Novelty 2025: Model of the class 140 in the design of the Pressnitz Valley Railroad in Era VI. The sound version already has a matching PIKO PSD XP sound decoder ex works. The model bears the “fits mfx®” quality mark. In order to make digital decoders reliably usable for all users of the current Märklin digital command stations, a new quality mark “fits mfx®” was introduced together with Märklin and other manufacturers. This can only be used by digital decoders that have undergone and fully passed a special mfx® test. These decoders and also the locomotives in which they are installed bear the “fits mfx®” quality mark, which certifies unrestricted mfx® functionality. This means that PIKO products with the “fits mfx®” logo now also fully support the diverse functions of mfx®.
