GER: Elektrolok BR 150 orientrot DB Ep. IV

Novelty 2025: Version of the DB class 150 in oriental red in Era IV. The model has excellent running characteristics thanks to two precisely balanced flywheels. The tractive power of the six-axle locomotive is increased by two traction tires. The front and rear lighting changes simultaneously with the direction of travel between red and white and is provided by state-of-the-art LEDs. The cab lighting and the marker lights can be controlled digitally. The model is equipped ex works with a PSD XP sound decoder which, in combination with the large loudspeaker, provides a special sound experience on the model railway layout. The model bears the “fits mfx®” quality mark. In order to make digital decoders reliably usable for all users of the current Märklin digital control centers, a new quality mark “fits mfx®” was introduced together with Märklin and other manufacturers. This can only be used by digital decoders that have undergone and fully passed a special mfx® test. These decoders and also the locomotives in which they are installed bear the “fits mfx®” quality mark, which certifies unrestricted mfx® functionality. This means that PIKO products with the “fits mfx®” logo now also fully support the diverse functions of mfx®.
