Novelty Fall 2026: The first tank wagons with a so-called “knuckle tank” were built in the early 1990s. The tanks were designed so that the two halves of the tank each incline by 3° towards the centre. As a result, the contents of the tank, mainly mineral oil products, can drain almost completely without any additional aids. Since the vehicles, constructed using lightweight steel construction, are suitable for higher speeds, they were soon also acquired by other companies throughout Europe.
